Reserving the date
A retainer in the amount of $800 is required to reserve your wedding date. Our policy requires that 1/2 of the photography fee be received with the signed contract. The retainer guarantees that Nancy Treder Photography will reserve your wedding date exclusively. Because of this policy, all retainers are non-refundable. The balance is due four weeks prior to the wedding date. Please note that we are required by law to collect sales tax on all sales and services provided within the State of Washington. Our sales tax rate is 8.9%.

Confirmation
Artis Photography is not contracted to photograph a wedding until the retainer amount is paid in full and all parties (photographer and clients) have signed the wedding services agreement. Wedding dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Please note that we absolutely cannot hold dates without a deposit and signed contract.

Prices and Credits
Due to the annual increases of supplies and services, prices are subject to change at any time. Additionally, credits must be used within one year after the wedding date. After one year unused credits will be considered expired.

Orders
Orders placed online require payment in full at the time the order is placed. Custom orders require payment due at the time the order is placed. No partial orders will be delivered. Any orders delivered to locations outside of the Seattle area will be shipped via UPS or USPS and will be insured for the replacement value. A $30.00 charge will apply to shipped orders.

Original Digital Files & Negatives
The original digital files and negatives from your wedding will be released to you within 12 months of your wedding date. We retain a limited right to reproduce selected images for advertising, samples, competition, and promotional purposes.

Payment
We accept checks, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We also offer an interest free financing in the form of delayed billing to the credit card of your choice. Please ask us for more information if you are interested in this option.

Gift Registry
Soon you will be moving into a new home together and you'll need to decorate.
We will help you come up with creative ways to display your own wedding images.
